Salica Investments also participated in the secondary share sale, which valued the UK-based wealth management platform at $1.1 billion.
The digital bank has reportedly kicked off its employee liquidity event, pricing shares at $2,017 each.
The direct secondary deals cover stakes in more than 14 businesses held by bp Ventures and Trifork Labs.
The secondary sale will value the UK wealth management platform at approximately £800 million ($1.1 billion), a 45% increase from its 2024 mark.
The deal would reportedly double the AI-voice startup's $11 billion valuation set during a February fundraise.
The deal follows a recent $1.5 billion capital raise that drew participation from Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Mercedes-Benz, and valued the autonomous driving company at $8.6 billion.
The transaction, which valued the second-hand marketplace at €8 billion, included participation from BlackRock, Lombard Odier, and Pinegrove Opportunity Partners.
The company conducted multiple liquidity events in 2025, with its latest tender offer valuing the London-based digital bank at $75 billion.
The smart ring maker recently raised $900 million in Series E funding at an $11 billion valuation.
